Step 4 - Filtration
The last step of the brewing cycle is filtration. Beer from the fermenting tanks is passed through tightly packed filters and transferred into serving tanks. It is during this process that the haze forming yeast and protein particles are removed and a clean crisp drinkable beer is produced. Finally, more carbon dioxide is added in order to improve the beer's carbonation.
